Live Program Outline

February 2026 • Thursdays at 2pm ET • Each session is 60–75 minutes (about 45 minutes teaching + 20–30 minutes Q&A).

Pre-Program Phase

Before February 5, you’ll be set up for success with onboarding, resources, and clear expectations.

Email sequence to members
  • Week 1: Welcome email with program overview, all call dates/times, and what to expect
  • Week 2: “What to have ready” (journal, notebook, water bottle, etc.)
  • Week 3: Optional pre-program assessment (simple energy + mood survey)
  • Day before first call: Reminder with Zoom link and agenda
Member onboarding
  • Provide all 5 program module downloads/resources up front
  • Create a private community space (Facebook group, Slack, or forum) for accountability and Q&A between calls
  • Set clear expectations: attendance, homework, journaling prompts

Duration: 60–75 minutes (45 min teaching + 20–30 min Q&A)

    • Set the tone: “We’re here to find what’s holding you back so you can reclaim your spark.”
    • Review the 5 phases and what each one delivers
  2. Teach: What’s Draining You? (15 min)
    • Root causes of postpartum fatigue (sleep, nutrition, stress, movement, toxins)
    • How these factors compound for new moms
    • Why a personalized approach matters
  3. Teach: Food Triggers & Sensitivities (10 min)
    • Common postpartum food triggers (dairy, gluten, sugar, processed foods)
    • How to recognize inflammation and fatigue signals
    • Introduction to elimination concept
  4. Teach: Environmental Toxins & Products (8 min)
    • Common products that undermine progress
    • Simple swaps that make a big difference
    • Why this matters for a postpartum body
  5. Teach: Stress & Its Impact (8 min)
    • How stress derails energy recovery
    • Why moms struggle to manage it
    • Introduction to practical mindfulness tools
  6. Teach: Lifestyle Factors (7 min)
