My back-pocket lunch when the day gets away from me. I sip a mug with a pinch of sea salt and it instantly grounds me.

Simple ingredients I can pronounce. I keep these in my car, my purse, and my gym bag so I'm never stuck with a hangry meltdown.

Small, doable changes that add up over time. Your pace is perfect.
