My Story

From Burned Out to Lit Up

A few years ago, I was the woman waking up exhausted, dragging through the day on coffee, and wondering why nothing I tried was working. The bloating, the brain fog, the stubborn weight that wouldn't budge — I thought it was just my new normal.

Then I discovered functional health. Instead of chasing symptoms, I started addressing root causes. And one small change at a time, my energy came back. My confidence came back. I came back.

Now I help busy women in their 30s and 40s do the same — without extreme diets, hour-long workouts, or any of the overwhelm that made wellness feel impossible. Just real-life wellness that actually fits your life. 💛
